Our franchise partners come from a broad range of positions and industries, e.g., sales, general management, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing, wholesale, service, telecommunications, consulting, engineering, IT, transport and financial services.

We offer opportunities both to analysts as well as to client relationship managers. If you are strong in both areas, you will make perfect use of these strengths as a franchise partner. However, most of our projects are carried out as joint ventures in which strong analysts and business developers complement each other’s individual skills.

To perform our projects as effectively as possible, we distinguish between three sorts of partner profiles:

• Business Developers concentrate on winning new clients, foster existing client relationships and develop new markets. Our business developers typically have gained a profound professional experience in B2B sales, before joining our network.
   
• Client Managers are trusted advisors to our clients and lead a project from start to finish. Typically, client managers have been working for many years in the area of client relationship management, as CFO or in general management positions.
   
• Analysts carry out cost saving and procurement projects. They analyze data and negotiate with suppliers. Analytical and negotiating skills as well as profound knowledge of a specific cost category are important factors to become a successful partner in the area of project delivery. However, many of our most successful analysts developed their deep knowledge after they had completed our training and coaching program.
