Training and Coaching
Our Performance Development Team is dedicated to helping you throughout your career with Expense Reduction Analysts. Once you join our network as a franchise partner, you will take part in an intensive 8 day residential Foundational Training focusing on specific methodologies and tools. During the first sixth months you will be provided coaching by experienced partners to help guide you safely and successfully through your first business experiences. But even for experienced consultants training never stops. Our training team structures specific programs centered on business goals and personal performance as part of an ongoing process.
IT and Database
Our IT tools have been exclusively developed for Expense Reduction Analysts and provide an adequate basis for our consultants to manage their daily workflows. This includes effective IT-solutions to communicate with each other, process request for proposals as well as analyzing collected project data. The three main tools are:
- The Knowledge Management System (KMS), an intranet and CRM-solution to share general information and client-/ project-related data
- Procurion, an online tendering tool which is integrated into a powerful supplier database and supports processes with clients and suppliers
- The Consumable Analysis Tool (CAT), optimizes the data analyzing process by helping to clean-up data, calculating benchmarks or generating graphs.
Furthermore, our IT team provides consultants with easy to understand IT support, practical training, system and infrastructure development.
Sales and Marketing
Our marketing team combines in-house experience with specialist consultancy knowledge to support our franchise partners in their marketing activities. With regular articles appearing in tier one media titles and attendance at high profile events your business can benefit from large scale PR activities. Furthermore, we possess a very well stocked online library containing high quality branded stationeries, brochures, case studies and general overview documents. In addition our Quarterly Newsletter, as well as an effective online marketing is aimed to open doors and build credibility.
