Professional Experience: 14 years of experience in Sales Management and Marketing Development

What is your professional background?

Before joining the network of Expense Reduction Analysts I have been working in different management positions in the pharmaceutical industry for 14 years. These positions included team management, marketing development, sales and client management as well as recruitment management.

Why did you join the network?

The opportunity to work on my own was a great motivation for me to join the network of Expense Reduction Analysts. I really feel that this gives me the chance to keep the balance between my professional and my private life.

What I liked about the business model of Expense Reduction Analysts was the fact that it offers a high-level service that is definitely valuable to clients and has already proven to be successful all across Europe. At the same time Poland is still a fresh market for cost consulting services and therefore offers plenty of opportunities for Business Development. With Expense Reduction Analysts in Poland you can grow with the company.

What does your day look like?

Working from my home office, I can really schedule my time independently. Thereby I am concerned with a whole bunch of different tasks and get in contact with an amazingly wide range of different industries. The tasks I am dealing with include Business Development and Client Management; lately I also managed my first projects as an Analyst. The industries I am in contact with range from the pharmaceutical industry, where I still possess a large personal network, to hypermarkets or companies that produce and distribute electronic devices. This way I get in contact with a lot of different and interesting people.

What was your biggest success so far?

In the 15 months that I am part of the Polish network of Expense Reduction Analysts, I could already get started with several considerably successful projects. At the moment I particularly like working as an Analyst because I can immediately feel how cooperative the staff of our client is and how much the quality of our work is appreciated. As a project manager I was furthermore responsible for several projects that saved between 20 % and 40 % of expenses in cost categories like Waste Management or Small Package Freight.

What´s most enjoyable about being part of the network of Expense Reduction Analysts?

There are two things that I particularly like about being a partner of Expense Reduction Analysts. The first thing is my independence. I am free to select projects and thereby I am not bound to the schedule of a 9-to-5 job. The second thing is that I very much enjoy to be part of our great Polish team. I think we have some really skilled people within our network. And as we help each other, those people are really a big support for many of my projects.

What is your advice to new partners?

I think the right positive attitude is the most important thing, you have to be open-minded and not to afraid of challenges. A disciplined time management also is a particularly important aspect for your first projects.

Another very important advice is to build good relations both with your clients and with other partners from the network of Expense Reduction Analysts. In many projects we can only be that successful because we form a great team both within our network as well as with our clients and suppliers.
